It can be used for straight cutting, 45°chamfering with easy operation and more practicability.It is for slab processing,which adopts Schneider power switch, Siemens PLC, Siemens contactor, Siemens breaker, Schneider intermediate relay etc for automatic function and guarantee its precise and stable stone cutting.
Features and Advantages of big granite cutting machine
1. 0° to 45° head tilting, 0°/90°/180°/270°/360° head rotation.
2. 0° to 85° table tilting, automatic rotation at every 45° degree and 0° to 360° table rotation at any degree manually.
3. 0° - 90°- 180° - 270° - 360° full automatic positioning straight and chamfering cutting.
4. X, Y, Z axis adopts Taiwan Hiwin linear guide for moving to guarantee high cutting accuracy and moving stability.
5. Siemens PLC system supports automatic cutting and easy operation.
6. Encoders in X, Y, Z axis guarantee precise positioning.
7. Monobloc structure bridge saw will be easy for installation and loaded inside 20 foot container as a whole.
8. Cross beam material is casting to assure that machine can be used for a long time.
