HLMW series Multi Wire Saw for granite cutting is a technology developed for the enhancement of productivity in the granite gangsaw industry, with saving on the cost of raw material sawn to the tune of 3% on an average of a granite block sawn.

It cut the granite block with a number of diamond wires. The diamond wire is a cable with a diameter of 6.3-7.2 mm and on its surface are threaded diamond-impregnated beads. The diamond beads serve as an abrasive and are cooled and cleaned by water jets, the wasted material is also eliminated by the water.

The Multi Wire Saw enables better surface finish on the slab sawn & the biggest advantage is the low sawing cost. Further, there is an excellent cutting quality with accuracy and smooth cutting with low noise. There is also a good amount of saving on the power & water consumption.

The machine abandoned the traditional linear roller system, and fully adopted the precision linear slide to ensure the stable operation of the column linear slide during the processing. The adoption of the international new digital control technology has ensured the smooth operation of the machine. And the independent development tensioning system, PLC digital control system and modular combination of each part makes the machine has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, less occupied area, high efficiency, clean and environment protection. The driving wheel adopts a large φ2200mm flywheel drum. The surface of the wheel is inlaid with a wear-resistant polyurethane rubber liner (dovetail groove) which is customized by our company. This is convenient for users to replace and maintain. So it reduces the maintenance cost.

Supported On 2 Columns

Strongly fixed to foundations and one connecting "W" structure, that have been built with wide closed section in large thickness normalized steelwork. All the structural parts have undergone structural checks in accordance with FEM (Finite Elements Methods).The columns and the upper transversal beam compose a strong frame. which firmly mounts the machine to the foundations. The liner slide block which mounted on the columns ensures the up and down movement devices moving vertically steadily.

Driving Wheel

The driving wheel adopts a large diameter 2.2m flywheel drum. The surface of the driving wheel is inlaid with a wear-resistant polyurethane rubber liner (dovetail groove) which is customized by our company. This is convenient for users to replace and maintain, and it reduces the maintenance cost.

Wire Tensioning Group

1.The tension wheel is made of high-strength aluminum alloy with special sealing structure. It is stable and durable, and has a long operating life.

2. The two-level independent hydraulic tensioning system ensures that the tension of each diamond wire saw is consistent.

Wire-Guide Rollers

The patented dovetail strip-shaped inlaid liner strip is installed on the

guide wheel, which is convenient for replacement and maintenance, and

improves the linear cutting efficiency of the diamond wire saw.

Lifting Mechanism

The up and down movement mechanism of the machine is supported by stable columns. The high-precision screw rod and linear slide rail mounted in the columns ensure the vertical movement of the equipment more accurate and reliable.

Block Carrier Trolley

We provide two different size block carrier trolleys for users.Coordinated with the ground rails system, it enables to transfer the blocks transversally. longitudinally, externally and internally. This is convenient for transferring operations

Sprinkler Rack

This machine is equipped with upper inverted water spraying system and left-right spraying systems, which helps for cooling and washing the diamond wire saws. This ensures the diamond wire saw is always in wet and clean working state.

Control Cabinet

The split-type electric control cabinets are designed according to control functions scientifially. Among them, the main control cabinet is for controlling the main motor driving, diamond wire saw cutting speed adjusting, ete... This design makes the operation more easily.
