Slab Polishing Machine
HLMJX-8/12/16/20, an excellent quality range of polishing line machines for marble slabs, also for slabs of granite, quartize, travertine and other natural stone or artificial stone. With optional multihead ranged from 8 to 24 managed by advanced PLC system, it pre-polish,rough-polish,finish-polish and burnish continuously, and provide unrivalled shining to the slabs.

1. Advanced PLC system and text display screen are adopted to realize intelligent control and easy operation.
2. Sensor at the slab entrance coordinates with the encoder to determin the shape and location of the slabs and transmit the signal to controlling unit for precise working
3. V-belts adopted to transmit power, which greatly reduced the power wastage and increased the service life.
4. Resin polishing disk is adopted, which is light , small consumption of power and high grinding efficiency
5. Central automatic lubrication system used for all moving parts and bearings to get a good lubricating effect and longer life.
6. Conveyor self-cleaning and stone chip removing system
